Anonymous asked: You claim being gays a sin bc it says so in the bible (Leviticus 20:13). Did you also know Leviticus bans haircuts (10:6), mixing fabrics or planting diff. seeds in same field (19:19), and eating fat (3:17)??? If you believe Leviticus 20:13 is true yet the others in the SAME book somehow aren't, then youre hypocrite &picking and choosing what to believe from the bible and leaving so much out. So unless you've never done anything that Leviticus bans, perhaps it's time to lay off quoting 20:13.

Answer:

triggerswithoutacompromise:

All of that not wearing fabric shit is from the Old Testament, not the New Testament. And Christians follow the teachings of the New Testament, which discusses homosexuality just like the old one did.

Where does the New Testament say anything about homosexuality? Where in the bible did Jesus say homosexuality was a sin? Also Jesus was completely surrounded by sinners.

desired-delicacy asked: what bad outcomes do you think come from gender equality? i mean what awful results do you see from men and women mutually respecting each other?

Answer:

spreadingstupidshitsnotcute:

collowrath:

If you want to simplify it to “men and women mutually respecting each other”, go ahead, but you’re wrong even at that.

Traditionally women have been seen as very important and respectable figures, because they are the givers of life, they raise the next generation to inherit their society. They were not sexualized or raped as often, because men were expected to protect them. The strengths of men were respected just like the strengths of women, and the differences were acknowledged, which is a part of why it worked so well.

Now women are expected to belong to the traditional male role, which means they cannot perform their natural and traditional duties as well, which ultimately destroys the nuclear family. The nuclear family is the building block of society, and when the cultural model of what a woman should do does not promote the nuclear family, the only possible outcome is the downfall of the west.

Women are respected to be able to do whatever the fuck they want. If a woman wants to do things people see as masculine then that’s her choice. If a woman wants to do things people see as feminine then that’s her choice. If she wants to do a bit of both then that’s her choice. Same goes for men and non binary people. Gender roles are things of the past, times change and it is time for you to let go of your aged ideas. Move on.

Anonymous asked: I think it was you who said that human rights shouldn't exist. Can you please explain why?

Answer:

spreadingstupidshitsnotcute:

collowrath:

Okay.

Why does every single human being deserve something just for existing?

Okay can I go up to you and deny you food, harvest your organs and blood whenever I feel like it, regularly torture you and treat you like nothing? Because I mean you don’t believe in human rights so you’ll have no problem not being given them.

Anonymous asked: 'it' actually is offensive because it is very dehumanising, they are still humans, they just do not fit into the prescribed expectations of binary gender

Right… you mean they choose to not fit into the expectations of binary genders.

Call them “he” and they throw a fit.
Call them “she” and they throw a fit.
Call them “it” out of desperation for an actual pronoun and they still will throw a fit.

It seems those types of people will never be satisfied.

No they will. With they actually. They/them/their are perfectly acceptable gender neutral pronouns. When you are unaware of a persons gender you use them, probably without realising. Some people have different pronouns they prefer, which you can easily get by asking so I don’t see how it would come to desperation, but if you are unaware or can’t ask for some reason, they/them/their

I just said this a few days ago!

(via triggerswithoutacompromise)

"It" is used when the thing being described is not a person. Non binary people are people. The pronouns used whenever the gender isn’t make or female in the English language is they/them/their.

(via spreadingstupidshitsnotcute)

(via spreadingstupidshitsnotcute)

"Stop misgendering me!" So if we start referring to all "non-binary" individuals as "It" can they really take offense to it, as "it" does not hold a gender?

Anonymous asked: Being lgbt is completely normal and literally all that is stopping this from becoming obvious is people not willing to change. You have to go forward. Let go. Accept that things change because of course change is the only constant.

Answer:

spreadingstupidshitsnotcute:

triggerswithoutacompromise:

No, it’s not. Being in love with someone of the same sex is just as wrong as lusting over your sister, or someone that’s a minor. You can love those people, but you can’t be IN LOVE /or lust after them. That is completely different.

Its really not the same thing as “lusting” over a sibling or minor. Mainly due to the fact that the people are not in fact related or in a pedophilic relationship. In fact its very rude of you to say that they are in any way similar. Love is love, no matter the genders of the people experiencing it or who it is towards. And I’m talking romantic love. Not just as you put it. Actually by acting like all it is is lust you’re also being a little rude by suggesting romantic love is not possible between two people of the same gender which is most definitely inaccurate. What I’m feeling for my friend (I am working on the relationship I am awkward and closeted ill get there) isn’t lust. I don’t want to have sex with her and nothing else. It isn’t just lust.

i want to create a tv show about a group of friends where they’re all queer except the one token cishet friend who’s only there to say stereotypical “straight” things for laughs like “macklemore got me into rap” and “my mom and i got into a fight because she wouldn’t buy me a fourth obey snapback”

Or we could just stop stereotyping people.

you know that unexplainable sickish feeling where youre not really sick and you dont really have a headache but you just feel wrong and you cant get comfortable or find something that youre really into but you kinda feel too ill to sleep or eat its like your body saying “i dont know what i want you to do but this isnt it”

That’s called anxiety.

That explains at least half of my life then
